compassion, duty, propriety and integrity
all the traditional virtues
kindness, fairness, decency, morality
(mainly used sarcastically, to mean hypocritical)

“All the traditional virtues” seems like a pretty good translation for the idiom as a whole to me. The individual terms are kind of problematic, though.
